The New Market Volunteers will be holding a $15,000.00 EXTREME Bingo on Friday, April 26, 2019.  Doors open at 4:00 PM and games start at 6:45 PM. $100 Buy In For $15,000 in Payouts.   3 - $1,500 Jackpots.  Specials pay $700 - $800.  Regulars pay $300 - $400.  Chicken Dinner and Drink included.   We hope to see you there!

This weekend was a very busy for New Market Volunteers. Starting on Rescue Squad 15 Training Through Mid Atlantic Technical Rescue on 4/12/19 - 4/14/19. While many volunteers were away with that training our Firefighters from Engine 152 trained on vehicle fires and extinguishing. Flyout in Lake Linganore

Around 1030 am on Tuesday, February 19th, units were alerted for an injured subject who fell off a roof in the Lake Linganore area. Units arrived on location, began EMS care, and requested aviation for transport to a trauma center due to the severity of the patient’s injuries.

On Saturday February 16th, Carroll County alerted units on Rescue Alarm 70-68 for a subject with their arm pinned between a tire and a vehicle on I-70 Eastbound near Route 27. RS15 (Sgt Kennedy) and C15-2 (AFC Bowles) responded with 5 volunteers on the run. CCM18 arrived to confirm one patient pinned in the wheel well. Mr. Lucian K. Falconer, Jr., 86, of Frederick, passed away on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at Homewood at Crumland Farms, after a bout with cancer. He was the husband of the late Neeta Ellen Dame Falconer. They were married in 1958 and she died on August 7, 2018. Rescue Squad Goes to Union Bridge House Fire

Rescue Squad Responds to Fatal Collision in Montgomery County

On Tuesday, January 22nd at 0751 hours, RS15 (DFRS Capt. Davis) and A259 responded mutual aid to Montgomery County for a vehicle accident in the 28400 block of Ridge Road. Callers reported a head-on collision with one patient trapped. Montgomery Engine 713 arrived to confirm the reports and confirmed one patient heavily pinned.
