New Market Volunteers to hold $11K Beach Bucket Bingo Bonanza

The New Market Volunteers are set to hold a $11,000.00 Beach Bucket Bingo Bonanza on Friday June 9th, 2017, doors open at 5:00 PM, games start at 6:45 PM. Tickets are $70 in advance and $80 at the door. Dinner and drinks are included. There will be a $1600 Large Jackpot, $800 Small Jackpot, Special games pay $500 and regular games pay $200. Volunteers Respond to Vehicle Collision with One Pinned

Just before 0500 hours on Wednesday May 24th, the New Market District VFC was alerted to respond with A159 (Capt Hanagan) to Green Valley Road and Old Annapolis Road for a vehicle accident with entrapment. Volunteers Attend Washington Gas PipeTown Training

On Sunday May 21st, just as Company 15 units were returning from training in Springfield, VA, units from Company 15 were dispatched for a small building fire in the 6400 block of Green Valley Road. Volunteers Extinguish First Due Building Fire

On Thursday May 18th at 0200 hours the E152 and B156 were alerted for a large brush fire in the area of Adventure Park USA on Baldwin Road West. The morning of Tuesday May 16th proved to be a busy morning for the Volunteers and DFRS staff of Company-15. The New Market Volunteers recently sent ten members, along with Rescue Squad 15, Utility 15, and Boat 15 to attend the first ever Maryland offering of Mid-Atlantic Technical Rescue's Technical Rescue Weekend.
