We have BINGO every other Friday evening at 6:45 pm, doors open at 5:00 pm.
We also have BINGO every other Sunday afternoon at 3:00 pm, doors open at 2:00 pm.
Upcoming BINGO dates for 2017: 1/20, 1/29, 2/3, 2/12, 2/17, 2/26, 3/3.  The Next MEGA Bingo is 3/17/16.

Rescue Squad 15 Progress Report #9

The rescue squad has been going through the buffing and wet sanding process. The doors and hood have already completed this process and are ready for reassembly. The unit will move into reassembly next week. Delivery of the completed unit is expected at the end of next week. Rescue Squad 15 Progress Report #6

Rescue Squad 15 has finally made some progress at the body shop where it is receiving a new paint scheme. There have been some unforeseen delays, but progress is once again being made. Meanwhile, behind the scenes, steady progress has been made on refurbishing much of the equipment compliment for the new squad. Tools have been stripped down, repainted, and new grips installed. Collision with Ejection Results in Flyout

On Wednesday December 7th at 1134 hours, units from New Market and Mount Airy were alerted for a vehicle accident with one patient ejected on Interstate 70 eastbound at the scale house. A159, E152, and E154 responded with 10 personnel. The company 15 units arrived to find a single vehicle rolled over with a patient ejected into the median. We just received great news that the unit is mounted and they are placing the floor for the new stretcher setup and all of the wiring between chassis and box. They still have the cab to build out and then some final touches with locks, handles and other small hardware and moldings. The expectation is that the vehicle should be completed during the week of December 19th.

This week the work has been focused on our chassis that arrived at GEV on Wednesday November 23rd, the crew at GEV has been busy in the paint booth turning, painting the chassis to match the box of the unit, which will match the remainder of our volunteer owned fleet.
