The rescue squad has been going through the buffing and wet sanding process. The doors and hood have already completed this process and are ready for reassembly. The unit will move into reassembly next week. Delivery of the completed unit is expected at the end of next week. It will then go out for new emergency warning lights, graphics, cascade system install, and Amkus system install. Work has been going on behind the scenes on brackets for many of the small tools and other equipment being carried on the squad.
