Immediately after clearing hours of Swiftwater Rescue Training, Carroll ECC dispatched Rescue Squad 15(FF3 Bloodgood) which responded with five (5) volunteers to Route-27 at the County Line for a report of a motor vehicle collision with entrapment, first arriving Carroll County Chief-1(FC Stull) went on the scene and confirmed entrapment. Upon arrival RS15 went to work stabilizing the vehicle and removing the door as ordered. RS15 operated on the scene for roughly twenty (20) minutes before being returned to service. While RS15 was on the scene in Carroll County A159(EMT Poole) was dispatched to mutual aid to Howard County for the motor vehicle collision on Ridge Rd south of the incident RS15 was operating on, A159 was placed in service prior to their arrival.
