Broyles), A159 (EMS-II LeFever), U15 (FF Klingensmith), C15 (FC Nalborczyk), C15-2 (AFC Betts), and C15-3 (AFC Bowles) responded on the box with 17 volunteers. E251 arrived on scene to originally find nothing evident from a one story strip mall, but smoke was soon showing from the roof and smoke throughout the restaurant. C15 assumed command from E251 and the rapid intervention dispatch was requested. RS15 performed searches of the fire unit on arrival and then assisted crews with getting to the fire. E152, TWR23, and C15-3 were sent to the roof with C15-3 as the roof division supervisor. Crews on the roof opened up and found fire in the roof assembly. The fire was quickly extinguished and overhaul was performed. Crews operated on the scene for a couple hours to assist the fire marshal.
