Around 2145hrs after a busy day RESCUE BOX 15-3 was alerted for the TRAIN ACCIDENT at RT-75 AND BALDWIN RD, ecc advised Chief-15 that CSX advised they had a large train that had struck a occupied passenger car with unknown injuries, units checked the area around where the train was reported to be and BAT-901 found the train into the car between BALDWIN RD AND RT-75, he advised he had 1 patient still in the car, a quick check of the train found there to be no hazards or leaks from the train's cars, the adult male patient was a Priority-1 Category-A TRAUMA Patient and TROOPER-3 was requested, CCB-15 made its way down the tracks to bring personnel and equipment, Gator-50 was requested early in the call and the patient was packaged by EMS crews and moved to the gator and taken out to meet EMS-901 and TROOPER-3, the patient was FLOWN TO SHOCK TRAUMA...........

A SPECIAL THANKS TO TROOPER-3 FOR PROVIDING OVERHEAD LIGHTS DURING PATIENT CARE AND UNTIL THE PATIENT WAS MOVED FROM THE TRACKS TO THE AMBULANCE.....
