| On Thursday May 2nd at 1949 hours units from Companies 17, 15, and 11 were alerted for a detatched garage fire in the 12400 block of Glissans Mill Road in the 17-28 box area. RE153(Chief Nalborczyk), ET154(FF Griffith), B156(FF G. White), U15(FF Stearn), and A159(Sgt. Sullivan) responded on the call with 15 volunteers. RE153 arrived first, laid out from the end of the driveway, and reported a single story 20' by 30' block building fully involved. Chief 15 established the Glissans Mill Road command while the engine crew deployed an attack line. Command requested two additional tankers to assist with the water supply. As units began arriving, two additional attack lines were stretched. The remainder of the company 15 units assisted with the fire attack and A159 set up rehab. The fire was placed under control in about twenty minutes and units began packing up. Good work by all involved. Link to Youtube Video:
