On Sunday February 8th at 0248 hours, Box Alarm 17-44 was alerted for the house trailer fire in the 13600 block of Glissans Mill Road. Company 15 was dispatched as the 3rd due engine on the assignment. E152 (Sgt. Chapman) and C15-1 (DFC Moe) responded with 7 volunteers. C15-1 arrived on scene to find smoke showing from a house trailer and established Glissans Mill Road Command. E152 arrived, laid out from the end of the driveway, and stretched an attack line. The crew of E152 found a working fire on the interior of the trailer and put a quick knock on it. CCE12 and RE171 assisted E152 with opening up and overhaul. Command requested the Rapid Intervention Dispatch, which RE153 (AFC Thews) responded on with 5 volunteers. The RID units were placed in service while responding and command started to scale back the assignment within 25 minutes of dispatch. E152 remained on the scene until 0500 hours. Good work by E152's crew in making quick work of this fire.

*Note: This was the first working fire Engine 152 has responded on since being placed in service on 2/1/15.
