Trailer Fire on Main Street

On Tuesday June 2nd at 1019 hours Box 15-28 was alerted for the house trailer fire it the 100 block of West Main Street. E152 (DFRS Capt. Shippey), RE153 (FF D. White), A159 (DFRS FF Eller), B156 (FF Gamble), C15-2 (AFC Betts), and C15-4 (AFC Kennedy) responded with 14 personnel. E152 arrived on scene to find smoke showing from side A of a house trailer and initiated an interior attack. E152 also established the West Main Street Command. C15-4 arrived and assumed command, making E152 the attack group. E152 quickly put a knock on a kitchen fire found inside the trailer. RE153 assisted with opening up and checking for extension. Command quickly scaled the assignment back to companies 15, 25, and TR42. The cause of the fire was determined to be a overheated motor on a fish aquarium.
