On Tuesday January 19th at 0507 hours Box 25-1 was alerted for the attic fire in the 11200 block of Fingerboard Road. E152 (Lt. Hanagan), RE153 (FC Nalborczyk), D15 (Capt. Conaway), and C15-1 (DFC Moe) responded on the call with 13 volunteers. ET254 arrived to find a 2 story house with nothing showing originally, but revised his report to smoke showing from the eves. ET254 established command. Duty 15 arrived a short time later and assumed the command, which was subsequently passed to C15-1. ET254, RE153, and TWR23 worked on the second floor and attic to open up and extinguish a small smoldering fire. The assignment was scaled back a short time later.
