Just after midnight on Saturday March 26th units from Howard and Carroll Counties were alerted for a house fire in the 2100 block of Roxbury Mills Road in Glenwood, MD, in HCFR Station 13's area. A working fire was quickly sounded as units arrived and began to attack the fire. New Market District VFD was requested to transfer an engine to Lisbon VFC, Howard County station #4. E152(Sgt. Chapman) responded on the transfer with 6 volunteers. E152 moved up to Station 4 and was soon called to the scene to assist units already operating. E152's crew helped complete overhaul and final extinguishment of the fire, which consumed a two story farm house. Units operated for several hours before being released by command.
