On Saturday April 16th at 1742 hours units from Co. 15 were alerted for a vehicle accident in the 13000 block of Jesse Smith Road. A159(FF Smith), RE153(Sgt. Kline), and E152(Capt. Nalborczyk) responded on the run with 14 volunteers. Units arrived to find a single car into a tree with multiple patients. Additional EMS units were requested, including two additional transports and two ALS units. Aviation was also requested for a priority 2 trauma patient. A159 and A259 transported patients to area hospitals, while MSP Trooper 3 transported one patient to Shock Trauma. Units cleared the scene at 1830 hours.
