| At 1510 hours on Thursday October 27th, units from Green Valley and New Market were alerted for the vehicle accident on Lynn Burke Road at Weller Road. Ambulance 259 arrived on the scene to find a 2 vehicle head-on collision with multiple patients. A259 then advised they had a patient in cardiac arrest and were performing CPR. Company 15 units arrived on scene and assisted with CPR and caring for multiple other patients. Duty 15 (Lt. Bowles) established the Lynn Burke Road Command and requested additional EMS units. Unfortunately, despite the best efforts of the crews on the scene, one patient did not survive. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family of the victims. |
