Early Wednesday morning at 0059 hours an adult male was underneath the wheels of a tractor trailer Engine 153 arrived on scene established command, The truck was moved off of patient before units arrived. Chief 15-2 took command engine 153 with Recon called out the need for Maryland State Police helicopter Trooper 3. The patient was flown to Trauma Center in Baltimore Maryland. Engine 153 remained on the scene for lighting to assist police investigations. Chief 15-1 had safety. Engine 152 set up the landing site.
