Around 1600 hr's today ( 10-6-2021 ) RESCUE BOX 15 was alerted for a vehicle accident involving a school bus in the 5800BLK of Woodville RD.

While en route ECC advised responding unit's they had received multiple calls advising a van struck a loaded school bus head on with reports of up to 30 kids possible on the bus.

Unit's arrived to confirm a loaded bus vs a van with no entrapment.

21 student's and 1 bus driver were on the bus with NO injuries , the driver of the van was transported to an area hospital for a check up.

Unit's assisted the school board and the FCSO with releasing student's to there parents and transferring the other's to an additional school bus to continue there trip home.
