At 1242 New Market District Vol Fire Rescue was alerted to assist Libertytown at North Street address for a house on fire as Libertytown’s Engine 172 was already on the scene and filled the Box assignment with fire in the walls on second floor of the structure the Rapid Intervention was dispatched also a Tanker Task Force called for by command Chief 17.
A quick knock on the fire early Kept fire damages to a minimum. Extensive overhaul was completed, and the fire is still under investigation by Frederick County Fire Marshal's Office.
