2023 Cash Bash Fundraiser

We at the New Market District Volunteer Fire Company are proud to announce a new large fundraising event for our department to raise funds for much needed equipment to continue top quality Fire, Rescue and EMS services to our community. We will be hosting a Cash Bash Fundraiser on Saturday August 12th, 2023, many of the details of the event are listed below:

Date: August 12th, 2023 - Rain or Shine

Location: To the rear of the Firehouse at 76 West Main St, New Market

Parking: Please report to the front of the Fire Station and be guided to parking

Times: Gates open at 10AM, Drawings start with Early Bird at 1145AM, Event, Food and Drinks 12PM to 5PM, Live Music from Park Valley Music 5PM to 7PM, Must be off grounds by 8PM

Cost: $25 per person/ticket

Age: 18yoa to attend, 21yoa to consume, IDs will be checked at entrance

Payouts: $47K in prizes total

Food - Provided with Ticket Purchase Pulled Chicken, Pulled Pork, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad, Baked Beans

Drinks - Provided with Ticket Purchase Sodas, Water, Beer and Wine Coolers / For Sale at the event Wine and Liquor Set-Ups

Additional Games of Chance on the grounds - Holders, 50/50 Raffle, Pull Tabs, Gun Jars, Silent Auction

Sponsorships: We are actively seeking sponsorships for this event if interested in sponsoring email nmdvfcfundraising@nmvfc15.org

Vendors: We are providing vendor space at the event if interested in setting up as a vendor email nmdvfcfundraising@nmvfc15.org

ATM: There is an ATM available on site if needed.

What Do I Bring? Lawn Chairs, Canopy, Cornhole Boards, lots of money, etc. we want this event to be fun and prosperous for you and yours!

No Coolers and No Carryout allowed.
