On Sunday November 19th at 1228 hours, units from Green Valley, New Market, and Urbana were alerted for a shed fire in the 3800 block of Greenridge Drive in Green Valley. E152 (FF3 Williamson), and D15 (Lt. Bowles) responded on the call. ET254 arrived on scene and reported a fully involved shed with attached chicken coop involved as well. ET254 and E152 worked to extinguish the fire and also removed several injured chickens from the coop. The homeowner was happy to see the chickens saved. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
