Over 100 New Market Volunteers Complete RIT Training

Over the course of two (2) months New Market District Volunteer Fire Company has had over 100 volunteers participate in RIT(Rapid Intervention Team) training supervised by Chief 15(Nalborczyk). Early Morning Truck Fire at Costco

On Tuesday January 28th, E152, E251 and A159 was alerted to the Costco Depot in New Market for a report of a truck fire, E152(DFRS Capt Bailey), E153(FF3 Garst), RS15(Sgt Parrish) and A159(DFRS FF Hall) responded with a total of thirteen personnel. Two Large Trucks Collide on I-70

Around 1430 on Thursday, January 23, 2020, units were dispatched to I-70 in the area of the 62 mile marker for an accident involving a overturned vehicle.

Units arrived to find 2 large trucks involved with one being on its side.
