Mr. Kenneth E. Dicken, 79, of Frederick, passed away Sunday, January 29, 2023. He is survived by his longtime companion Tillie Rinehart for 38 years.
Born February 19, 1943 in Cumberland. He was a veteran of the US Army. Kenny was a member of the New Market Vol. Fire Department and a life long member of the AmVets in Frederick.
He is survived by his family; Debra Keefer (Clarence Lahman), Tommy Rinehart (Sharon), Robin Rinehart (Allan Moore) and Jeff Rinehart (April), numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 9am to 10am, on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church Street, Frederick. The funeral service will follow at 10am at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, 127 Britner Avenue, Williamsport.
