By Sergeant Matthew Thews

On Sunday March 4th at 1725 hours company 15 was alerted for the vehicle fire in the 4900 block of Musstter Road. ET154(Sgt. Thews), RE153(Lt. Kilby), A159(Sgt. Conaway), and C15(Nalborczyk) responded with 11 personnel on the run. The location of the fire was 1/2 mile back a wooded lane, making access difficult. C15 arrived first to find a car fully involved next to an SUV and a garage. ET154 arrived moments later and the crew of four stretched two handlines, making quick work of the fire. RE153 and A159 arrived and the crews helped open up and hit the hot spots. Crews had the fire knocked within two minutes of arrival. The fire was ruled accidental and units cleared at 1815 hours.
