Station 15 goes "Trick or Treating" to find a big Treat (New Ambulance)

A big treat has been found; we have recently entered into a contract for the build of a brand-new Ambulance to serve our community and beyond. We are excited to enter into contract with Atlantic Emergency Solutions for a new 2023 Ram 5500 4x4 Road Rescue Ultramedic Ambulance this unit will replace our last remaining tax funded unit and bring our entire fifteen (15) unit fleet to being owned by the department. This unit will be known as Ambulance-158 and will serve as our frontline Basic Life Support Ambulance, placing our 2017 Ford/GEV unit in second line service status. The new unit will have many new features for our department, to include:

- Custom side entry door forward design
- Reyco Granning Transport Master air suspension system
- Road Rescue hidden hinge design for a clean seamless body
- Custom Aluminum Center Console Sprayed w/Black Line-X
- Road Rescue Ultramedic 170” Module
- 74” Interior Headroom
- 5” Body Drop Skirts
- Road Rescue full module length drip rail and crash rail warning and perimeter lighting
- Gray Scorpion Liner Coating in Exterior Compartments
- 100% Aluminum (wood-free) Cabinets and Interior Components
- Backup Camera System
- Whelen 295SL101 Electronic Siren
- Whelen M Series LED Warning Light Package
- Whelen Dominator LINZ 6 DP8
- Two (3) Whelen Dual Panel PFH2, Pioneer Flood Scene Lights
- LED Strip Lights in Exterior Compartments
- HiViz FireTech FT-MB-9-FT-B 12” Mini Brow Light, and 27LED, 35",LED Scene Light on Front of module
